Telkom poor customer service

Can someone from Telkom please call me to cancel my adsl line and activate the fibre connection I had installed for a week now. Called the call centre numerous times to be told that a senior person will call back - still waiting. In the mean time, I am being charged a pro rata rate for a service I dont have. Really Telkom your lack of customer service is appalling.
