Telkom poor customer service

My landline has been down since this morning. My business relies on customers phoning me. I lost a lot of business , and Telkom kept referring me to other people if I phoned them from my mobile phone. This is unacceptable . I need my landline restored asap. - Curry Palace Restaurant , Ferndale
