Telkom Poor customer service

<p>I received a sms to go to the nearest telkom store to collect a prepaid device which i did about a month ago and to date no response.i was told it will take about 2 weeks to get the device from the time i submitted the forms.</p> <p>Please get this sorted out asap.Im not prepared to wait any longer</p>
