Telkom poor communication and survice

Since my previous review no body has been able to help me.the very person nonhlanhla mdluli told the the same thing she did and said i should go to a telkom shop and do a simswap. I went again today travelled 20km only to be told the same thing like the last time ; sorry we cant help you you will have to tell the people you spoke to to finish your application.later today a hooter at the gate and they are delivering a new sim card with no communication what so ever .im not happy with telkom service
