Telkom: **** poor client service!!

Opened an uncapped LTE account on Friday. It is supposed to work where we stay. I phoned customers services...no one gets back to you . The two times they did call I was unable to unswer and they did not phone back. Just send an SMS that the matter is now resolved.

Very poor service guys!!!
