Telkom Poor Billing System

So, I made an EFT payment 21 February 2025 and 28 February 2025 Telkom debited me and I reversed the payment as I had already paid and now, I'm being charged rejection fee for a premium I had already paid, and I called their customer service, and I was told that even though they can see the payment I'm still liable to paying the rejection fee. I'm really upset, and I would not recommend taking Telkom services to anyone.
