TELKOM POOR AND DISGUSTING SERVICE, Jabulile Malete I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY FINAL INVOICE TO PAY AND CANCEL THIS STUPID CONTRACT

I am very upset with telkom, i have a contract phone with them since 2017 November everything was going well until last year in August where i've changed my job and obviously may payment date also changed, i phoned to advise them about my new details and so that they can updated their system, the lady i spoke to was not interested and advise me their system was down and she was not able to assist me. i then left my number for her to call me back as soon as their system was up and running but did not, I phoned numerous times and their phones will just ring and no one will pick up, i then send email after a week i got response from a lady called Jabulile Malete by that time my phone was blocked and the was money that was taken from my bank account and more than what was expected and the excuse i got from this Jabulile was she was trying to call me on my phone with no luck, so why she didn't send me and email if she is unable to reach me from the phone that the blocked, this was in January since then my phone been blocked and unblocked still money been taken out of my bank and still no the amount that was agreed because of their stupidity when they still take money on the 25 of each month while i advise my new salary date is the 27 and each and every time when i go to reverse this money i have to pay an amount to capitec now phone blocked and i asked Jabulile to send me my final invoice so that i can finish paying them cancel my contract i have not received any invoice stating my final balance from them and i am still seating with blocked phone for months, no reply no communication for telkom, Their service is very poor and disgusting. I NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN COME BACK TO ME FROM TELKOM WITH MY FINAL INVOICE TO PAY AND CANCEL THIS STUPID CONTRACT AND EACH AND EVERY TIME YOU TAKING MONEY FROM MY BANK I WILL REVERSE IT AND IF YOU BLACKLIST ME I WILL REALLY DEAL WITH ACCORDING CAUSE I AM NOT SURE WHY A COMPANY BIG AS TELKOM HAS SUCH SERVICE
