Telkom Poor after sale service

I can't believe that you Telkom can be so bad at customer service! I have been running around trying to do Sim swap a very simple request.

I have been calling and driving from store to store to get this done.

The consultant is IGNORING every email I've sent him. I guess after he got his sale his doesn't care anymore.

I'm beyond frustrated with your service Telkom! I'm disappointed that I continuesly support you. I will NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN!
