Telkom POOOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!

The service is **** to say the least , I have been on the Phone with customer care 16 times today, Regarding our fibre instalation My name is Jacob van heerden Id nr *** My contact nr *** This is the poorest service I have ever recieved. We placed an order for fibre on 24 Nov 2021 For 24 bushWllow drive Beacon Bay East London. We had an appointment for 6 Dec 2021 , up to now 40 calls later I am standing in a Telkom store to they and sort this out , this is realy frustrating and totally unacceptable . We had a new order confirmed for today between 8 and 12 , nobody came , I called you 15 times today with no resolve
