TELKOM POLES TO BE REMOVED

Called in Oct. 15 to have poles removed. Technician by the name of Sipho came out. checked my neighbours yard - advised that all looks good to remove and put into the neighbour's yard. He advised that within 2 weeks will be sorted! called on 27 Nov. 2015 again only to be told they cannot trace that ref. So i re-reported it. Then called again on 18 Dec. 2015 advised again that there is not such reference. Insisted on speaking to supervior - name Siya Mkua****. Was advised that he will call me back in 10 minutes on my cell. No such luck. I called again on 04 Jan. 2016 @ 13.15pm spoke to Khya Zenetwa and the refer receievd in Nov. (***) DID NOT reflect!!! So I reported it yet again - ***. Called again today on to wait a looong time to get thru. Told by agent after she took down all the details that the system is slow. But I was prepared to wait! Only to be cut offff. Now if the calls are recorded please go check these times and dates. I just need a straight answer. I want those poles removed - that is all!
