telkom poles in my year - 3 of them

<p>hi</p> <p>We have just recently a house and there are 3 telkom poles in the yard. I didn't have a problem with this at first but now I am not so sure. So this telkom guy come through to check the 3 poles - this required me open for him, let a stranger into my yard and leave him unattended, check up on him and open the gate for him when he leaves. This is time consuming and I believe I should be charging telkom rent.</p>
