Telkom Pole Removed

I would like to have a telkom pole removed out of my property as its serves no purpose and I am busy with renovations. Landlines have been cancelled in our area by telkom due to cable theft. I tried speaking to their consultants on their webchat portal and instead I am asked what is my landline number which i have said this is no longer active for more than a year now. Can someone really please assist us here.
