Telkom pole removal: Frustrated and Dissapointed

<p>Ive been struggling for more than 2 months to get a Telkom pole removed from my property. I do not understand why this is taking so long as the lines in our area is not working and the neighbours are all using the wireless fixed phones. I need to put up a structure, in order to secure the property for my son and myself. I've laid a complaint with no luck. I've tried calling the contact no's I received from agents also with no luck.</p> <p>This is the poorest service that a person can receive and I'm so dissapointed and frustrated with this whole situation, as it shows me that there is no consideration at all for your customers.</p>
