Telkom pole removal

I have a telkom pole in my backyard which I need removed asap. The pole is firstly an obstruction to my property and 2ndly the pole and its wires are half loose and have fallen. I urgently need this pole removed. I am giving you 7 working days to have this removed. This pole is a hazard and I am done with trying to call telkom complaints or customer service and sending emails. No 1 ever responds it's a waste of my time and airtime.
