Telkom Pole on our Property: REQUESTING THE REMOVAL THEREOF

Good Day

We have approved building plans to extend our property and a TELKOM pole is in the way of use proceeding. Also lines are hanging all over the show from this line. Which causes a great treat to my children's who plays in the yard every day.

I was told that the query was escalated and that FRANK and his team will come out and assess, but it has been nearly a year and no one has been here, I am highly disgusted by the service received from TELKOM! Their actions does not sit well with the information that they sent you via the media platforms. I AM STILL WAITING!

I have been trying for more than a year to get someone to come out and get rid of this pole on our property. Thanks and will await your response
