Telkom Pole Not Yet Repaired

It has been 2 weeks since a Telkom pole was knocked over due to in-climate weather and no repairs done. The pole sits precariously over the entrance to my property and has already caused damage to the boundary fence. The issue was reported via fault tracker and has been closed by Telkom, when no action has taken place. Telkom's technicians have even been over to assess the situation, but they as well have not done a thing about it. When I try to contact the helpline, they re-direct you to the fixed line department, but no one ever answers. I have escalated the matter via Telkom's escalation form, but no feedback received to date. Please can someone attend to this situation, before further damages are caused to my property and vehicle for which Telkom will be liable to pay.
