Telkom Pole/Line damaged about to fall

We have logged several faults with Telkom and the Technician comes out and says they will send someone. The Technician also said the current state of the Pole should not affect our line performance. However we have been having trouble with our internet line and I can't be sure it is not the fault of the pole.<br> <br> Regardless the Pole is a safety hazard as it could easily fall at any given stage (very surprised that it is still upright as it is literally hanging from a dead tree branch) as the base of the pole was eaten through by termites. The neighbors Telephone Pole is in a similar situation and poses similar risks.<br> <br> Fault Red Numbers:<br> 454CNK250515 - 25 May was the first time we reported it.<br> 18CNK220915 - 22 Sept<br> <br> Another 2 technicians were here on unrelated faults and also said they would make sure someone gets sent out.
