TELKOM POLE IN MY YARD

I have recently purchased a home. while busy with renovations, I noticed that a Telkom pole is on my property on the embankment. This pole is on the verge of collapse and will probably fall onto my house if Telkom does not attend to it soon. I have made several calls to the call centre in the past 2 weeks and have been transferred from pillar to post. Eventually today after the 8th call made for today, a gentleman tried to assist me. He advised that he was logging the query and that someone will call me shortly. My reference is 894028. Please could someone attend to this query because your call centre has inconsiderate, people working there.
