Telkom Pole in garden

On 27 June 2019 we reported a problem with a telephone pole in our garden in Plumstead, it is cracked badly and leaning over - looks like it could fall over any moment, especially with this hectic wind we have been having. Someone came out a few days after the 27th June and said they would be back to sort it out. It is now almost a month and nothing has been done. When we phone Telkom to follow up they say it has been handed over to "whoever" and closed on their side. They cannot give us a contact person/number to follow up and say they can't either. We are also unable to log another complaint. Can anyone assist??
