Telkom pole *******ly erected on my property

A telkom pole was *******ly erected on my property a few years ago without my knowledge. I am now doing some construction on my property and have discovered that the pole is in the way. I have requested Telkom to remove the pole over a month ago. To date the pole remains and I cannot continue with my construction. I call 10210 every to hear the same old story that the fault is in progress. This is a load of krap.

Fault reference number is 911568 - It's on the dialogue system as some staff who work in the call centre have have never heard of a ref number like this. That's the bunch of idiots we have working at Telkom.
