Telkom pole falling over in my yard over the pool

I have a telkom line pole being held up by a small tree and it's over my pool.<br> I have animals and small kids and need this to he removed... I don't own a telkom line so I have no need for it it my yard. It should be placed in one of the neighbours yard as they all have lines.
