Telkom Pole Falling Over

I am based in Strubensvalley, Roodepoort. There is a telephone pole outside of my property, this pole is leaning heavily on my fence and causing damage. The lean of the pole is getting worse and it is a matter of time it is going to collapse and destroy two boundary walls. I am tired of trying to report this issue. Please can someone contact me. I do not have any Telkom services so I don’t have an account number.
