Telkom pole down in my yard

Telkom pole down in my yard...there is alot of damage. A big tree branch brought it down. Was told not to remove it until Telkom assesses it. <br> Have been trying to get a hold of faults division no answer. This has become nerve recking. Called different lines all give me the same number to contact. There is no answer. It is dangerous for the kids and animals..<br> And with the wind we experiencing the other pole is tilting slowly over my wendy house. I have now notified Telkom if further damage occurs in my property it will be Telkoms duty to repair.
