Telkom pole dangerous

I am struggeling to lock a fault at telkom. A Telkom post in front of my house is rusted and are going to fall on somebodys car. Very dangerous situation. If we phone and get somebody on the line they just tell us to google . Try for months now. Dont know what to do anymore. The adres is 12 Maitlandstreet, Blanco, George.
