Telkom pole damaged the fence wall

I have a problem with the Pole that is in my yard.its loose and its been banging in the wall and the wall fell and we had to build it.so now its been doing the same thing as i tried to report the pole and was told thatt its gonna be difficult to locate the area as i dont have a landline.So my worry is dat the pole is going to fall to the house when the is strong winds as we tried to balance the pole with washing line pole and fence. Will appreciate if you can send a team to come and check the problem as it can damage the house as it already damaged the wall.i have lodged a claim and was given a ref number 914573 and nothing happened as no one came back to me As I am writting this the wall fell in February and I have been trying to get help from Telkom and no one is helping me.I dont feel safe at all and we are scared to cut the pole as there are a lot of wires hanging on the pole.I dont know where to report this matter as its been 2 yrs reporting this matter and not getting any help from Telkom Regards
