Telkom pole collapsed, No assistance from Telkom!

A Telkom pole with cables has collapsed on our property. It collapse during a heavy storm. This is highly dangerous however Telkom has not attended to this matter . This happened last year.Have to stay on the call center line for long periods without any helpful assistance.
