Telkom Pole busy falling and breaking boundary wall of property

I have a problem. Who do you contact for broken and bend telkom infrastructure. A telkom pole is busy collapsing in our property and it is breaking the boundary wall. Where do we report this to. Surely telkom should make provision for this. Please phone Bert on ***. I need this fixed.
