Telkom pole and cable damaged my property

My Telkom cable has fallen off the pole and is lying in my garden and the pole is leaning against my vibracrete wall. I need it removed. So many phone calls and emails and still nothing has been done. What else do I need to do to get Telkom to remove the pole from my yard before more damage is done
