telkom pole about to collapse

<p>I have logged a telkom pole fault with reference number 899701 over two months ago. I continually follow up with telkom but they cant tell me when they will be coming to fix the problem. I am not currently a telkom active client, however telkoms pole is leaning on my boundary wall damagaing my property in addition that the pole is on the verge of tumbling over and could serioulsy hurt and injur someone. I feel I have to complain as Telkom are not addressing the issue. Is it because i am not a telkom client? This is stll telkoms telepohone pole and is their reposiibility to manage.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Can soemone please escalate this issue within Telkom so that this can be addressed urgently</p>
