Telkom Pole

I have a Telekom pole in my backyard that has broken and falling over, the lines are hanging in my yard which is a hazard for my kids. I have tried constantly to try get hold of Telkom, no one answers the phones, the website is not user friendly in trying to direct you or give you the necessary contact details. Absolutely pathetic, how can a huge company like Telkom have absolutely no customer service.
