Telkom Plus *******

Telkom has casually added R500 onto my bill for a game. It's the third month now and I am still waiting for my first refund and now I see my new bill again has this charge after numerous calls to fix it....What the hell Telkom?? This is daylight ******* and you should be ashamed!!!
