Telkom plus

I was to pay R159 for my contract in August,telkom debited me R598.I reported the matter to Telkom and I was told about the Telkom plus subscription error,o will be refunded.Same thing happened in September now they debit me R1189,my child school fees bounced back because of this and I called Shona they said it has been escalated and will only receive once it has been processed.Now in November I call and a rude team leader Nthuthuko nkuli tells me I just have to wait I can’t call like I’m crazy cos the is nothing they can do.My child will be kicked out from the school cos Telkom to gift it self with our money and we just have to wait until it decides to refund us or not.
