Telkom please trading your staff ymto listen before answering

I just had a bad experience at telkom I called 081180 I spoke to a guy by the name of Victor the guy couldn't answer any of the questions I needed help with instead he kept on talking things that didn't even make sense to him as well, maybe he needs training to listen before he talks
