Telkom please take off your balaclava!

How is it possible that Telkom is able to run the way that it does ? It is high time Carte Blanche has does a story on the incompetence and *******ion of this company.

This month I've been overcharged on my contract and to top it off the speeds of the internet they say they are providing does not exist.

Please can somebody expose the people who clearly wear balaclava's and have no back bone but huge back pockets. Getting through on any of your provided means is an absolute joke..... I've just dealt with a person named Mpho Kgotlelelo .

Does Telkom find it a joke to put *********** people to deal with paying clients only to leave them frustrated so they eventually give up. This is a giant disrespect to anybody who deals business with Telkom.

I'm now getting charged more for less without any consent or notice as to why this is happening. No answers from any of Telkom and more than a couple hours on the phone waiting, begging, pleading for answers.

Please can #Carteblanche do a story on Telkom people deserve the right to know and to be dealt with correctly.
