Telkom please stop harassing me

How do I get read of this problem with Telkom, I am tired of being harassment by it, worse part is that after writing a review here the credit disappear then after a year again they start and the credit is less than the 1st....what I hate is that, I called and called both contracts but the person who was helping me chose to close 1 but thats the thing "is not my problem"... Why must Telkom keep harassing me
