Telkom please send a technician!

Good morning, I hope everyone is staying strong in those trying times. I have been without land line connection for 10 days. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be a big problem for Telkom customers service. Every day I've been calling and waiting for them to send a technician to fix the problem. My internet connection is depending on my land line which simply means that I don't have internet for the past 10 days and I can't do my job. I hope that someone can assist...
