Telkom, please lift your lines that are hanging to the ground. Cromartie Road, Hurlingham

How do you get Telkom to respond. We do not have a Telkom line, but on our pavement, their lines are hanging down to the ground, and falling down over our driveway. You cannot log a complaint because you have to have a telkom number to do so, and calling you go round in circles. I then used my neighbours number, but Telkom have closed the case without sorting our the issue
