Telkom please help

Have been without landline and wifi since 11 July 2020. Due to lockdown I am working from home. Company not impressed as I have the switchboard at home with me. I really need to get up and running. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP TELKOM. REF NO. ***1
