Telkom, please help?

I was sent an SMS to pay a deposit of R700 for the January Deal which I ordered online (just know I am totally fine paying it). The problem I have is how am I supposed to pay this if I have no idea where to pay it to? I went to a Telkom shop, they told me the post office, went to the post office told me they need paper with a bar code and billing information, I have been on the phone with Telkom on hold for the past week? What do I do? I haven't even used this what I am paying for and I am already struggling :( please help?
