Telkom, please grow up!

I have a continuous DSL problem since October 2017. I have logged numerous calls and have been in contact with Telkom on many occasions. Sometimes, my problem is corrected, but only for a short while. No root cause analysis is done. I am very, very frustrated. I have two daughters at university and Internet access is paramount.

OK. So after having no service for two months and having the fault already escalated a number of times by myself, you, Telkom Social Media, respond to my complaint on hellopeter 17 days later and say that you have escalated the matter. What do you suppose I do in the meanwhile? You are not adding any value. Please solve the problem as soon as possible, like today. I shudder to think what feedback you will be giving me!
