Telkom please debit me, and please open a call center

I am so ashamed of Telkom. They don't have a proper working call center, all their number on their website are redirecting me to some stupid voicemail. I want to make payment and Telkom is inconveniencing me. Can someone from Telkom call me? ********** 243
