Telkom please cancel my service

I have been trying to cancel Telkom from 25 August, Following all their procedures online and supplying all documents for cancellation. I have subsequently emailed and phone with no luck. I have received confirmation sms'e stating that the query has been resolved but line is still active and Telkom keeps on running their debit order against my account and taking my money. How do I get rid of Telkom? Surely this must be an infringement of my rights. My reference is ********** 8. Telkom you can keep my money please just stop my service now. I do not know what to do anymore. Someone please help.
