TELKOM - please can you email me the settlement amount ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

Telkom, even after posting reviews and phoning repeatedly - WHY I AM STILL STRUGGLING TO PAY THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT? I phoned in Feb and and then again in July and once again, nobody bothered to phone me back with the settlement amount that I owe. Now I have been handed over to a debt collector and blacklisted??????

I am seriously at the end now, if someone doesn't contact me soon, I am going the legal route and will expose all your ******* behaviour over the last year, including: selling me a product over the phone deceptively (as the product I ordered WAS NOT the product I received), then charging me for TWO of these products every month and debiting my account for two (I never agreed to this), debited my account continually over the month without my permission with bizarre amounts that continually differed and refusing to cancel my accounts after submitting the correct paperwork TWICE AND phoning multiple times!!! I am not in the country now so please email me ********** the settlement amount so I can be done with Telkom and their *****ed behaviour forever.
