Can someone from Telkom please call me. I would like to make an upgrade. Not because the company offers good service but because they do not stop debiting my account after the life of the contract. I have decided to upgrade instead of witnessing my account debited on a monthly basis with no service rendered. Please call me back as I have tried all methods of contacting you without success.
