I understand that there is a technical glitch in closing a pending order for hardware that is sitting in your system I have requested escalations - I Have numerous incidents and contact names - I have sent to escalations email address (xtwice) I am told there is no direct number for complaints / resolutions Please contact me asap on ********** 430 in order to resolve this Regards
