Telkom plays hide and seek and I'm sick of it!

Im so annoyed with Telkom. I've tried every platform (online and through two customer service numbers), even with agents who call randomly for sales. I can't seem to be able to get @ least an agent who can help me with cancellations. The customer service lines are voice automated with options the all lead to a "please use our WhatsApp service to chat to us" and further explains that an sms with details on how to access the WhatsApp has been sent to my number. Problem is that number belongs to a data sim in my router, I DON'T have a phone linked to it that can receive that sms. Someone please give me a way out of this inaccessibility problem with Telkom!
