Telkom Pinecrest's Pathetic Management

Telkom Pinecrest management is utterly PATHETIC. The so called manager of Telkom, Bongeka has absolutely no idea what the f#@k she is doing. She makes customers run around like we have all the time in the world for her. A friend of mine had been approved for a contract but she refuses to give him the devices that he signed for. I call in with a query. She does not answer my questions. She raises her voice at me. She dared to use the ****** card on me despite not knowing who I am. She claims she doesn't know what goes on in her store nor and claims she has no idea who I speak off. I would like to know how Telkom recruit their managers who have absolutely no respect for their customers.
