Telkom Pinecrest is pathetic

Telkom Pinecrest is beyond a joke. You stand there for half an hr with your ticket only for someone who arrived after you and doesn't have a ticket to be served before you. 6 staff in the branch and only 2 assisting. Service is pathetic! They don't cancel contracts even though I was there 3 weeks prior to cancel a contract!
