Telkom, **** my line

This is not a complaint, I feel indifferent. Yes I'm content with getting ADSL but not satisfied with the fastest speed you can provide me. I need to know why my area is not developed enough to get anything faster than a 4mb ADSL line? I need this to be upgraded ASAP. In this day and age where people experience fibre, I need to be happy with a 4mb adsl line because telkom needs to upgrade/develop their lines more. You have the monopoly on direct lines but you're not doing anything about it. If I had the line of sight of a preferred network provider's tower, I would've signed up with them, but I stay in Rensburg, Heidelberg with many trees etc. You're installing a 4mb line tomorrow at my house and I have to accept a 4mb line since this is the fastest speed you can provide me. I had no other choice, I still feel you could do more. Meet me half way, upgade your lines and I will upgrade my contract in a fibre second. I'm sure I won't be the only one in a normal average to high income suburb in Heidelberg. It's a win win situation for you.
