Telkom pillar to post

I have been trying for over 3 months to convert my mother-in-laws fixed landline to a fixed line look alike and I am being sent from pillar to post having to borrow wheelchairs, uproot 92 year old mother-in-law because she must go to the call centre. The telkom store in Hemmingways East London refers me to the call centre, the call centre refers me back to the branch because they "cannot locate my street" on their system. I am living on a farm with NIO street name as the entrance is on the old N6 rod between East London and Stutterheim. They cannot accept the adjouning street Dewpoint road as they tell me this is not the street on which my farm residence is...despite me informing the lady that the Old N6 and dewpoint road become one. When my own telkom wireless line was installed I provided the farm name I was living on at the time (a little further along the N6) and the line was allocated. Today I'm told the address it is registered to which is Igabe Farm road, Thornvalley...and I'll have you know this WAS NOT the farm I was living on.

I'm told I can have the phone allocated under the current address on line number ***. it can only be delivered to that address not an alternative address. That the account holder requires a proof of residence...the only proof she has is a telkom account. Yet on one of the many previous call I was told that I can have it delivered to an alternative address.

Can I get someone to resolve this matter urgently please as I am out of excuses why my 92 year old mother-in-law cannot call her children and grand-children and visa verse.
